A method you can inspect.

You shouldn't have to take a marketing partner on faith. Here is exactly how we work: three steps, a fixed scope where it counts, and a scorecard you can read in a minute.

The path from stuck to steady.

  1. Book a call

Thirty minutes. You tell us what you are building and where it is stuck. We tell you honestly whether we are the right partner.

  2. Run the Signal Sprint

Four weeks, fixed scope. Your positioning, your offer in plain language, one proof story, a 90-day plan, and one real asset shipped.

  3. Settle into the Steady Seat

We own the plan and the delivery. You get a weekly session and a one-page scorecard every month, so you always know what was promised and what shipped.

Step 1

The Signal Sprint

4 weeks, fixed scope

A bounded first engagement. We audit what exists, sharpen who the brand is for and what it promises, and ship one real piece of work so you see strategy and execution from the same hands.

What you get

  • Fit and positioning statement
  • Your offer, written in plain language
  • One proof story built from your real results
  • A 90-day marketing plan with owners and measures
  • One shipped asset from that plan

What it is not: a discovery phase that ends in a slide deck.

Step 2

The Steady Seat

Ongoing, one accountable relationship

Strategy and execution run as an operating rhythm. You always know who holds the line from planning through follow-through.

How it runs

  • Weekly working session: priorities set, work moved
  • Monthly one-page scorecard: promised, shipped, result, next
  • Quarterly reset against the mission and the numbers
  • TyDo owns the plan and the delivery

The scorecard is written down and shared. Misses are named in it, not explained away.

What we won't take on.

Saying no is part of the method. A clean yes protects the quality of the work and the trust around it.

  • Harmful or destructive brands or initiatives. This line does not move.
  • Pre-revenue ventures with no budget for execution.
  • One-off tasks with no strategy attached.
  • Brands where purpose is a campaign angle rather than how the business runs.
  • Open-ended "general marketing support" with no defined outcome.
  • Work we can't be held to a result on.

What we promise.

The plan only works if you can hold us to it. These are the terms, in plain words.

  • A fixed scope and a fixed fee for the sprint, agreed before we start.
  • A written scorecard every month.
  • Misses named in it, not explained away.
  • Everything we make for you is yours.
  • If we're not the right fit, we say so.

Questions founders ask.

What does the Signal Sprint cost?

Pricing is set on the call once we know the scope. It's a fixed fee for a fixed scope, so you know the number before we start.

Do we have to continue into the Steady Seat?

No. The sprint stands on its own. Everything you get in it is yours whether or not we continue.

Who actually does the work?

Tyler and Dodee. We bring in specialists when a piece of work needs one, but the strategy and the accountability stay with us.

What if we're not a fit?

We'll say so on the call, and if we know someone better placed, we'll point you to them.

How do you measure results?

Every plan carries owners and measures. The monthly scorecard records what was promised, what shipped, what it did, and what changes next.
